The Process
Shana’s coaching process begins with a one on one whiteboard session to flush out fears, goals and struggles for new and budding salon studio owners.
From there, you’ll work together to create a Goals Cubed Map where we take three main goals or objectives, then break them down into three steps while plotting them over three months.
This allows us to break goals and hurdles into small, measurable bites.
The Goals Cubed Method combined with a whiteboard session is a fantastic method because it allows salon studio owners to flush out everything in their head and really gain clarity on what steps would help them move forward in their future.
